Ron Veazey is a multi-faceted professional offering a wealth of knowledge and experience in strategic planning; management and staff development, process reengineering and staff training, development and implementation of operational turnaround and reengineering strategies, information Systems: needs assessments, selection, contract negotiation and implementation.

Ron has provided Interim and Project Management services to Hospitals, large Medical Groups, NASDAQ Lab and Pathology companies, and to HMO, PPO, and IPA organizations across the country.

Prior to his affiliation with Healthcare MCR, Ron was with the national consulting firms of EDS, XRoads Solutions Group, The Pace Group, and is Managing Principal of VCS Consulting.

Northwest Texas Hospital and Healthcare System - Management Information  Systems Director

St. Anthony’s Hospital and Health System - Chief Information Officer.  Directed the evaluation, selection, and implementation of hospital-wide information system.

Bayonne Medical Center  - IT conversion project oversight.

Benefis Healthcare Practitioners (Benefis Healthcare)  - IT conversion and Revenue Cycle Improvement consultant.

Metro Medical Group, Henry Ford Health System - Operational assessment and corrective action plan for this 147 Physician staff model HMO. 

Blue Care Network -  Assessment and operational turnaround of this 240,000 member staff model HMO.  Responsible for development and implementation of policies and procedures for 8 regional Physician Clinics, including risk analysis, physician performance strategies, and migration to a network model.
