John Osborne is a seasoned consultant specializing in Performance Improvement in both operational and back-office functions.  While his Process Engineering experience spans multiple industries, John has had numerous successful engagements in leading edge Healthcare Process Improvement.

Impath Physician Services, Inc.– Performance Improvement consultant for this $1775MM cancer Diagnostics company’s centralized Billing and Collections operations and front-end operations.
         
Intrepid USA - Implemented formalized Process Improvement Plan that resulted in a one year EBITDA improvement from ($3MM) to positive $20MM.  Guided senior management and staff support for high level initiatives, mid-management process action teams, and staff level productivity reporting and improvement.  Efforts resulted in a lean organization, improved field margin contribution, increase in referrals, significant decreases in DSO and A/R, and rightsizing of the central services office.
 
NT Healthcare, a Division of Talentree  - Interim President and CEO.  Achieved a 13% increase in revenue and raised EBITDA from 4% to 11%.
