HB Staffileno is a healthcare management executive with over 25 years of progressive experience in the health and the managed care industry.  He has demonstrated achievements in business development, group practice administration, integrated delivery systems (IDS), management service organizations (MSO), practice affiliations/acquisitions, employee benefit plan administration, revenue cycle management, reengineering and managing change in start-up and existing operations.

Intrepid USA, Inc. - Interim Director of Accounts Receivable for this $160MM Home Health company.  Instrumental in company-wide cross-functional Improvement initiative.  Maintained DSO at 56 days and designed and Implemented automated insurance eligibility and authorization department.
