Erica Plaso is a Dean’s List graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College.  She studied Business Entrepreneurship, Accounting, and Marketing.

She has experience in Hospital and Physician Group Operations including special admitting programs and payor contract terms implementation.  Erica has also assisted in Patient Care Ombudsman appointment support and in development of Physician Group marketing and operational proposals.

Erica is an Operations Consultant with Healthcare MCR.  Although early in her career, her aptitude, flexibility, and dedication will lead to great success.

Pontiac General Medical Center – Assist in the assessment and reporting of finance and operational functions as related to patient quality of care.  Conduct patient satisfaction evaluations.

BMC Medical Associates, LLC-  Structural development of Professional Corporations to support Cardiology, Anesthesia, Emergency, Pathology, and Radiology including definition of decentralized and centralized functions, billing outsource solutions, HR, and pre-certification validation processes.  Development of cash flow and budget forecasts.

Haven Health Centers – Provide Patient Care Ombudsman support in the patient quality of care evaluation of a 25 facility nursing home chain.
