Brad Gingerich is a Managed Care and Revenue Cycle Senior Consultant with Healthcare MCR. He has a strong background in all facets of Managed Care contracting and implementation with experience from both the payor and provider side, having negotiated contracts for both. He is proficient in leveraging organizational opportunities to negotiate the best possible contact for his clients.
Brad has hands on detailed knowledge and experience in every aspect of the revenue cycle from patient access/registration to final collection of a claim. He utilizes his knowledge of managed care contracts and applicable law to exhaust every opportunity for revenue procurement. In his most recent engagement, Brad was instrumental in significantly increasing the provider’s cash collections allowing a recently bankrupt community hospital to thrive.
Mr. Gingerich has vast experience with government payors. He is fluent in government reimbursement methodologies and understands the fundamental differences between commercial and government payors as well as the opportunities they present.
